Our history
Created in 1979 under the name of Company "COPAR", the Groupement Lipac Copar Maroc (GLCM) was founded by the Sicilian family "Aliotta" and a Moroccan industrialist passionate about pasta, Feu Mimoun Saidi. Given the low consumption of pasta at the time, the adventure started in a small factory in the city of Rabat where Tagliatelle, Spaghetti and egg pasta were made handcrafted according to the pure Italian tradition. GLCM continues to this day to perpetuate this know-how, which makes its products exceptional !
The family business has never ceased to evolve by continually investing in state-of-the-art production tools and by building its second factory in 2004 in the industrial zone of Bouznika.
